7 Days Return Policy

At Gitabitan (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward 7-day return policy.
Order cancellation:
You can cancel the order at any time from the day of placing the order until it is received. You will not have to pay any additional penalty for this.
Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it. It should also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including, but not limited to, undergarments, sale items, and custom-made or personalized products.
How to Initiate a Return

- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds
- Processing Time: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Bank Delays: Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@gitabutancloth.in.
